The Brazilian defender and Ukrainian midfielder each signed a 3 year contract with the Thessalonikiotes. Leo Matos comes off a good season in Ukraine with Dnipro, having 29 appearances, 3 goals, and 6 assists. The 30-year old Brazilian defender has mostly played as a right back, but with Dnipro he mainly played as a left back. Leo Matos moved to Dnipro in 2014 and helped lead his team to the 2015 UEFA Europa League Final. PAOK and Leo Matos agreed to a 3-year deal.After the signing of Leo Matos, PAOK announced their second transfer of the summer. The Ukrainian midfielder, Evgen Shakhov, signed a 3-year deal with the Dikefalos Tou Vora. Like Leo Matos, Shakhov comes from Dnipro and had a good second half of the season. Shakhov was ruled out until December due to an injury, but came back in January with 16 appearances, 5 goals, and 3 assists.
